This is to inform you that the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in New Delhi has introduced a new mandatory requirement for all visa applications submitted on behalf of Indian companies.

Effective immediately:

➡️ All documents issued on Indian company letterheads must bear the company’s round stamp (seal) in original.

➡️ Applications submitted without the original round stamp will be strictly rejected.

Kindly ensure that all your company-issued documents are prepared accordingly to avoid delays or rejections in your visa processing.
